Check publication state
Open the article in the correct workspace. A saved draft is not published content. Check whether it is awaiting approval, scheduled for later or blocked by a check.
Check your destination
Open Settings → Publishing. For WordPress or HubSpot, read the connection status and error, then run Verify. For HubSpot, also confirm the selected blog. For webhooks, confirm the destination URL, enabled state, content-type filters and event subscriptions. Read delivery errors before retrying.
Check the receiver
For webhooks, inspect receiver logs for signature failures, timeouts and storage errors. The signature must use raw request bytes and the same secret as SynthRank.
Check the public page
If delivery succeeded, inspect storage and any build or cache at the receiving website. After fixing the problem, sync published content and open the affected public URL.
