Approve the connection
Open Settings → Publishing in the workspace for your website. Select HubSpot and click Connect HubSpot. Sign in to the HubSpot account that owns your blog and approve the connection.
Choose the receiving blog
Back in SynthRank, select the blog under Publish to blog, then click Save blog target. Check the choice carefully if your HubSpot account has several blogs.
Run Verify to refresh the available blogs and check the connection. Read any displayed error before publishing.
Publish and check the page
Review a draft and resolve blocking fact-check issues before publication. Publish the approved article, then open its live HubSpot URL and check the blog, formatting, images and links.
Starter requires review of each draft. Growth and Scale can use Auto publish after the connection is healthy; unresolved high-severity fact-check flags still block automatic publication.
Reconnect or disconnect
Use Reconnect HubSpot if access needs renewing. Use Disconnect when the workspace should stop publishing to that account. Articles stay in SynthRank until you reconnect or choose another publisher.
