Briefing and writing
Find the article in Articles → Writing. A run begins with a brief, then generates the article from the selected topic and workspace context.
Editing and checking
The article passes through an editing stage and checks before being saved. Relevant product documentation can be supplied to the writer so instructions can link to your retained docs.
Featured images
Featured image generation is included and funded by SynthRank. In Settings → Publishing → Optional: article images, choose a style preset, add brand notes or a reference image, and save the style. You can turn automatic images on or off.
Existing headers stay intact. You can replace an image or upload your own in the editor. Generation attempts have per-article, workspace and cooldown limits; if generation fails or needs setup, read the displayed message and use the editor recovery option.
Review or publication
Starter uses Review first, so each draft needs approval. Growth and Scale can also use Auto publish once a publishing connection is healthy. Review first remains available on every plan. Unresolved high-severity fact-check flags block automatic publication even when automatic mode is selected.
When a run needs attention
Read the displayed stage and error. Correct missing setup or connection problems first, then use the available retry action. Check the existing run before starting another one to avoid duplicate work.
